Welcome to Haslett
In northern Ingham County sits the suburban community of Haslett and its hidden gem: Lake Lansing. During the summer months, people flock to Lake Lansing Park South's beach for a relaxing day by the water. Popular activities include boating, fishing, and picnicking, but don't worry about nightfall–the summer concert series keeps the fun alive on Friday nights. During the winter months, you're free to try your hand at ice fishing. The north park offers a 530-acre expanse with plenty of recreational amenities and over five miles of hiking trails that wind through forests, swamps, and marshes. Looking for an outing? Hit the links on a lovely 18-hole public golf course, or warm up your short game at the par 3 course. Haslett's cozy, intimate winery–equipped with a bar and tasting room to sample one of their many Michigan wines–is a must-go in the area. As your day winds down, retire to a rooftop patio for an evening cocktail overlooking shimmering Lake Lansing.
Escape without leaving.
Having a lake within your very own community means you don't have to travel far to take a breather. The beauty and tranquility of Lake Lansing is always available for when you need it the most.
