Welcome to Haslett
In northern Ingham County sits the suburban community of Haslett and its hidden gem: Lake Lansing. During the summer months, people flock to Lake Lansing Park South's beach for a relaxing day by the water. Popular activities include boating, fishing, and picnicking, but don't worry about nightfall – the summer concert series keeps the fun alive on Friday nights. During the winter months, you're free to try your hand at ice fishing. The north park offers a 530-acre expanse with plenty of recreational amenities and over five miles of hiking trails that wind through forests, swamps, and marshes.
Looking for an outing? Hit the links on a lovely 18-hole public golf course, or warm up your short game at the par 3 course. Haslett's cozy, intimate winery – equipped with a bar and tasting room to sample one of their many Michigan wines – is a must-go in the area. As your day winds down, retire to a rooftop patio for an evening cocktail overlooking shimmering Lake Lansing.
Escape without leaving.
Having a lake within your very own community means you don't have to travel far to take a breather. The beauty and tranquility of Lake Lansing is always available for when you need it the most.
